I'm curious now. Any heavies about who can talk to this? Are you able to detect uplinks within passive scan range? I'm making the assumption that the scan profile is high enough to be detected by any dropsuit within scan range, so >60.

The main one for me would be an increase to the passive scan range for all scouts. Even an increase out to 15m would be great, 20 would be superb. And on a more personal note, wouldn't mind seeing a change to the Mini scout racial bonus. Nova/mel...
