Just a random idea, add a low slot module which increases the height at which you can jump at an increase in stamina use per jump. Sounds like fun to me. Ideas?

OK. So heavy weapons are fairly useless and the swarm launcher is pretty terrible but as for the rest of the light weapons... MD is a support weapon and is still devastating in certain scenarios. LR has its niche and again will excel in its op...
