Nope. With the extra ISK from Daily Missions, it's pretty easy to stay ISK positive these days. Some mercs just feel naked without Proto. The pilots however... I feel bad for them.

Swarms will scare them off right quick. Plasma Cannons are more of a skill shot and do great damage. Forge Guns used to make all vehicles crap their pants. Use Swarms on a Min Commando. Use Plasma Cannon on a Gal Commando.
