Got my Vet Pack for just under $21. Question is, should I bother speccing into Cal Assault to improve the C-I BPO? I don't ever plan to use a rail rifle, but the fitting bonus to weapons is nice. Currently trying it as a pure shield tank. Thoughts?

Love my Tac. It's one of my go to weapons when running solo. My Dragonfly Scout and Tac were made for each other. Highly mobile, and tough to detect. Blap a few fools and gtfo. Rinse and repeat.
