Have Nitro and/or Scanner? Seriously all my Methana, Incubus, Grimsnes, and Soma fittings carry one, the other, or both. I see them on all the Maddy's, and I doubt Dropships are flying without a Scanner+ Afterburner. Maybe a damage mod on the ADS...
