Handheld weapon upgrades is wrong in the description and on the CPU stats for all the weapons. It only affects CPU for the damage mods and not the weapon.

Rule of thumb: Try to shoot for skills that you will be using most of the time. if you skill into 3 different weapons, you can only use one at a time, however a core dropsuit skill will apply to most suits.
