I'd rather chose what I want upgraded If I'm a tank I'll go for Armor Adaptation an Armor upgrades first to increase my survive ability I wouldn't want to be forced to upgrade things I don't particularly need or want first.

Give 10-20% extra ISK for what people put on the line that way tanks have to survive one less game to go positive, because there's no way I'm putting the majority of my sp into tanks to use them exclusively in PC.

I use starter fits to pay for my tanks I could really care less about KDR, though I usually go KDR positive with militia fits just went 19-8 last match using them.
