Maybe if you could actually turn left and right ads with a shotgun faster than a heavy can backpedal. Shotguns need to have fixed hit detection, range, ads speed and new ironsights. Then we can see what needs to be tweaked.

sure, as long as the gallente bonus applies to all hybrids. Rails are as much gallente as they are caldari if not more so. this is ridiculous. Gallente assault suit only gets a bonus to one gun. Insulting.
