Oh the horror. However, I decided to use the chance to do some testing. The results will be in a separate post.

First if you do not move around in some grunt like movement then the game will kick you from battle. Which is not bad unto itself but once the ISK and SP are rewarded you are also gifted with a Death! Which was really unfortunate personally as I took great pride in having 0 kills, 0 deaths and 0 WP. Let the little people do all that. Best keep away from all the bullets as well as the unwashed masses.

However KD/R (Kill / Death = Kill Death Ratio, who would have thought?) seems overly important to some so after discovering my unfortunate deaths I had to take action and actually kill me some Reds. Now my record is an amazing 28K/3D and I can safely ignore all that mumbo jumbo the troops spout. Or spew depending on how much they were drinking before the conversation started.

If you do not want to advance to the level of actually gaining KD/R value thingies here are my suggestions:

 1. AFK farm in the MCC. AFK might mean something like Active Farming Knowledge but who cares anyway. The fact is ISK is the reason we do anything in the game. SP is important as well but once you own Corporate skills are high enough why bother with more? Your pay grade will not change.

 2. While doing the above be pleasant and enjoy the friendly connections with the various Blue Belles that will use the MCC then mysteriously drop through the hole in the floor! No doubt they die down there because they keep coming back. As it is difficult to talk to each other (really what would a CEO say to them anyway?) feel free to high five them whenever they get close. Often there will be blue sparks from shields but they can be ignored. Although they can be quite pretty. Not as nice as a good admin or the view from the penthouse but nice enough.

 3. If one actually wants WP without risking life and limb then equip a hive. A militia hive is cheap and will suffice nicely enough. Set yourself in a corner and give enough space so you can flop around to keep from getting kicked from battle. Deploy the hive directly in front of your position. Then when the really, really friendly Blue Belles want to show how much they don't want you be in danger they will fire their weapons at you. This will do nothing in Battle Academy as there is no Friendly Fire. Well there is but it does no actual harm. Such specific yet confusing distinctions among the peasants. However what they are actually doing is giving you WP as you will earn WP for each Blue Belle that uses ammunition to shoot at you and they want you to gain WP from them refilling their weapon. Very lovely thought actually. Even if all the bullets can be distracting.

 4. If you see no need of WP nor to ever leave the Battle Academy then do not gather moss nor WP. WP is the deciding factor for leaving the Battle Academy and Zero WP means you will never leave. The best news is the Battle Academy is a limited type of battle, called Domination, and with a small horde of incompetents rage against each other it can take more time than a normal battle with Mercs that know what they are doing. The rewards of ISK and SP will be higher because of the extended time in the battle.

So, fellow CEOs I leave you with one more item. Start a squad and then lock it. None can try to convince you to change Corporations (and you should ignore any that try as they will not be offering you the CEO position on day 1), expect you to manage deliverables and set targets and write performance reviews of the bunch of bumbling fools - New Berries, I meant to say, that seem to fill the Battle Academy.

 Enjoy, Kaf Kaaa.

Please read my ancestors work, all those royalties add up.

Sir Sugglez is making a claim while I am merely offering advice. If you are not a CEO then why would you even respond to a thread to and for CEOs?

Enjoy your rather troubled life, such as it is. KK

He has the knowledge he needs to be a CEO. That is all that is required, beyond filling out expense reports and having three martini lunches. But those go without saying.
