They pretty much covered it. But 2 things: 1) Gallente/Amarrian = Armor Bonuses. Caldari/Minmatarian = Shield Bonuses. There's a huge difference. HP over Speed and vice versa. :D 2) There is no 2, I just realized you were in DUST Uni. xD
