To clarify- I think the control levers CCP has set on the Dust/Eve market, like taxing cross-game transactions, can have some of the desired effects. I believe it would be better to incentivize desired outcomes through resource control constraints...

So really we have 3 possible turret paths - I vote for all. Guided missiles, rockets (current turret), and an (essentially) wire-guided AV variant.
