What if it's a new player who joined a corp and a corp mate has a stash of suits from salvage that the new player could use? Hmm this makes me thing a new player should receive trades regardless just not trade. Maybe that's how it is?

How about instead of allowing no trading at all, we allow ISK based items (and their Aurum equivalents) to be tradeable from the start, and then everything else at loyalty rank 4? CCP rightfully anticipated exploits such as using alts to give you...

There really shouldn't be a fee if we're using a trading system based on trust. So the person sending the items must pay ISK on top of having good faith in the other participant? Save the trading fee for later.
