You do realize that there currently isn't a single map that permits engagements at 1000m, right..? I mean, even Skim Junction, one of the largest maps, is only about 800m - tops.

Sometimes the Ion Pistol likes to charge up without an animation or any real noticeable way of knowing that it is, in fact, charging up, resulting in an overheat when letting go of the trigger.
