I only noticed because I used a charge shot from an Ion Pistol to hit someone in the head while they were hacking, they lived, and all of a sudden I couldn't melee. Was ****ing around with it for a good five minutes thinking maybe I just had the DESTINY controls and the Dust 514 controls mixed up but then I switched suits and realized what was going on.
Also, if you spam the melee button on the 'Quafe' G-1, it'll open up the map... Not sure if that's related to the problems other people have with their controllers (I know it was a crippling issue for some players).

That's a very strange bug. What control interface are you using? I just tested my Quafe G-1 via my 3DS and was able to melee as normal. Maybe with more details we can figure out what was going on?
