All Active Scans (excluding Duvolle Focused) are shared teamwide. As for reducing squad size, yes, I believe it would solve a multitude of matchmaking/stomp problems (though perhaps not this particular one).

I'm not feeling it, Spade. Charge shot is less reliable than an NK attack and requires more-or-less the same setting. ADS fire is clunky and kick is MagSec bad. Hipfire spam is unpredictable. Really don't like this gun.
