For an ACTIVE SCANNER you need skill on the ACTIVE SCANNER which is in the drop suit upgrades section and you just need it to be level on to have one (if there are no militia versions). If you want you can upgrade it a lot but only if you want to ...

I also think that the sniper should be buffed not in power but more of in hitting range since it is super hard to line up that small orange dot with someone's head. I am not full sure on the geographical level but there can always be improvements!

If you die the RE does not go away Also if you get killed only if it says clone failure imamate and while you are still holding the REs or the detonator you can still activate it on the kill screen!

I feel sort of bad for killing players with the remote explosives. All I have to do is place one where the enemy does not see it(corners are great or doorways) and then use myself as bate and wait for them to come and once they are in range BOOM!...

my best cheep fit is: Minmatar assault(this one has 1 armor HP per sec by default) milt shot gun nova knifes 3 basic shield extenders milt. thing that makes you run faster(can't think of the name) nanite injector total cost= 8,040 isk!
