I heard that reproducing that cloaked bug is easy. You have to be hacking a terminal or something and then at that point you can switch to a weapon of choice and remain cloaked. At least that's what I have read.

Like someone else told me, "If balance is what you seek, DUST 514 is not the game to find it in". A long story short, there is really no balance between the weapons , suits and certainly no balance between vehicles and infantry.
