Press to kneel down (charging) Release to jump The shorter you press, the less you jump (and uses less stamina). Longer you charge (kneeling down) higher and further you jump.

Stamina is already in place to stop bunnyhopping. Also, jumping while getting shot at is absolutely realistic .
