The RR performed too well in CQC, so the nerf hammer came down. Only problem i see now is that it's no longer precise at range. It's effective 80-100m, but with the kick you can't maintain a taget at that range. Find a way to reduce kick while ADS...

Stop spending you sp. Don't stop playing, just stop spending your sp. When the next round of buff/nerf/update, wait to see what rises as FOTM, then skill into it. Once you have your FOTM sh*t, wharever it may be, save your sp for the next round.
