Sure, if you think the Scrambler rifle needs a buff, even though I beast with that gun, why not. I wouldn't mind downing someone with 3 shots instead of 5 with my double complex dmg mods.

Decent list, except the remote explosive guy. That needs a major fix, specifically, requiring 3 seconds to plant it instead of throwing it at enemies feet for insta kills. |

Get off the forums Ares, yeah prox mine are crazy easy to spam, that and fused locus grenades. I got a few from pc battles and they are amazing!!!...ly overpowered but still amazing. I love them but they're so easy to use get rid of them. |

Nova knives are not perfect! Awesome but not perfect , if you used them everyday you would notice, hit detection charged an uncharged have problems especially striking moving targets. There is also now a delay o. A quick strike of about a second because they will not swing without getting a minimal charge an if you do this fast say 5:6 times it stops an you have to melee In order to swing again. Try it |

Sniper rifles? I wouldn't call them balanced. They have huge damage output over huge distances, their operators have to take 0 risk and have all the reward.
Give them weapon ballistics (drop off, travel time) etc', so they won't be so easy to use. Currently with their hitscan mechanics they are point, shoot, collect 50 free WP with zero effort. |

I base my perfectness around AR's if they r "perfect"
so r sub machine guns, sniper rifles, scrambler pistols, shotguns
but I still believe true to my heart the flaylock and mass driver r overpowered the damage on flaylock (im almost positive they will nerf it) and the range on mass driver or if u want the range then damage needs a nerf cause its only used for support but I find people hunting me down with the damn gun and taking away wayyyy too much health (I don't know if they will change MD)
haven't used ScR yet but I want to try all the assault rifles for different races :) |

Assault Scrambler Rifle is a very nice weapon. I don't think it needs a buff though, just skills that modify its attributes & customisation.
Normal Scrambler Rifle I suck at using so can't really comment.
Hit detection for Shotties is a major issue. They would be pretty good as is I suspect, if this was fixed. |

it does make it a lot easier than other games but they r so weak a militia sniper can always take down the best sniper if hes not paying attention on his elevated platform
I don't want drop off mechanics like battlefield even though I loved sniping in it |

True, they bounce around like crazy.
Perhaps the Assault Scram skill should reduce dispersion? That would certainly be on par with AR skills, and would definitely be worth the SP.

As for sniper rifles, I really think the skill should involve upgrading the level of zoom. As stated, a starter fit sniper can take down prototype sniper or really anyone because most skills involved with being a sniper are more player skills and not skills that you spend points on. Skills like observation, hiding your body, identifying threats, aiming at far away moving targets.
If the militia sniper rifle had little zoom and as you progressed to prototype you got a heavy zoom and a means to toggle it then it would both limit the effectiveness of the militia sniper to be on par with the effectiveness of other militia weapons and give snipers a meaningful reason to upgrade. |

But I would DEFINITELY change the Scrambler Rifle Operation bonus into either Cooldown or Damage bonus. The current bonus (reload speed) is a joke, all the other weapons get that as additional skill. |

The skills (and lack of in the case of Assault Scram) are very strange for the whole line of weapons. Not really sure what CCP's intentions are with them to be honest.

Uh...isn't the current bonus reduced charge-up time, not reload speed? Still a joke, of course, since it doesn't even apply to all variations of the weapon (ie. the Assault Scrambler Rifles). |
