Well, you're losing a 25% boost on shield extenders...cal logi might just be reasonably balanced now. |

It's literally a loss of 66hp for those of us who run a 4x extender setup. Sure it sucks losing anything, but it's honestly not that big a deal. I'm happy for my assault bros who got a bit of a buff; should have been more than 2% but w/e. |

Nah, the way the math works and the pragmatic approach requiring at least some armor or speed mods, I think the shield regulator bonus won't quite get us back to the pre-nerf recharge delays. IMO cal logi doesn't have the speed or stamina to be a tankier version of a insta-recharge shield tanked scout. an advantage of that scout is its ability to be gone before the grenade explodes... |

I believe that is what it said in the dev blog. Which means I am not speccing into anything until I see the REAL changes as these changes are really just placeholders. |

Funny thing is, i'm also a Tac user and laughted equally hard about the QQ then while getting a stealth range buff since many players switched back to shorter range weapons after the changes.

Please tell us more about your gimped suit

If I am not mistaken engineering stacks on top of core. So actually 31.25%.

it's not quite as vicious as it used to be but insta-recharge shields work great for hit and run tactics- especially with massdrivers, as i can empty the boundless in a few seconds. |
