At the moment, as you can probably see, they do not make much of a difference. Scout and Assault Dropsuits have a Small Capacity Grenade Slot, Logistics Dropsuits have a Medium Capacity Grenade Slot, and Heavy Dropsuits a Large Capacity Grenade Slot. Now this is very similar to the weapon slots - a Heavy Weapon Slot can be fitted with a Light weapon, but not the other way around. Large and Medium Capacity Grenade Slots can be used to fit Small grenades, but you can only use Small grenades with Dropsuits that have a Small Capacity Grenade Slot. Medium Capacity Grenade Slot Dropsuits can use both Small and Medium grenades, and Heavy Capacity Grenade Slot Dropsuits can use all types. Now, unfortunately at this moment of time there are only Small Capacity Grenades in the game, and we cannot disclose any future plans regarding this. We can only suggest to keep an eye on our Forum, the DEV Blog or our Facebook/Twitter page to be up-to-date with any DUST 514 news.

No matter the suit the grenade will do the damage it says, also sense 1.2 AV damage (direct) is now shown.

By that I mean some suits have low, medium and high powered grenade slots - what difference does this make if we're carrying the same grenades??

Are a Heavy suit's grenades more powerful than a scout's?

Or are they things that aren't implemented into the game yet?

This has been doing my head in since beta, and no-one seems to know.

Also - why Don't they tell you how much damage AV grenades do on impact, splash damage is all very good but what about direct??
