Lord Falek Grange's Minmatar Disposal Service
"Our Lord visited his flock and saw that all was not good. Blasphemy and heresy ruled the land. The Lord punished the sinners and drowned them in their own blood. But the people of Amarr lived righteously and in fear of God. Thus they were saved and became God's chosen." - The Scriptures, Book II 2:1
In light of the recent influx of immortal Minmatar dregs scumming up the galaxy, I am happy to announce a mutually beneficial service to cure New Eden of this creeping plague:
For the low cost of one million (1,000,000) ISK, I will capture and behead a Minmatar slave! As an added bonus, I will include an Amarr-loyalist mercenary from Hellstorm Inc. corp-battle team to fight two (2) of your Amarr FW battles.
Minmatar are filthy, and so prices are negotiable. Inquiries must be made in this thread.

You would kill your charges? Those your civilization has taken unto itself to bring into your god's light?
It is your faith, so you would know better than I, but, are you actually supposed to be doing that? And a member of PIE, encouraging the murder of a slave who has not even given offense?
Gods and spirits grant this is an isolated incident, and not an early sign of what we will become. |

My brother, do not let mere ISK be your driving force to act in His will, but rather your faith alone. On a similar note, not all who stray from the flock are lost. I have seen those lost in darkness return to the light. For while we are retribution incarnate, His Angels of vengeance, we are also the shepherds in the darkness, His Angels of mercy. |

Yun we are supportive of the dealing of the Caldari and the Amarr.
Adamance does not suggest we kill slaves.
Emperor Heideran instructed us to treat all slaves fairly, and to go against his words would be going against God. He suggests we kill rebellious Matari terrorists.
Note how Lord Falek metions the immortal matari. No slave is made immortal, nor immortal made slave, such is a dangerous scenario. |

I suppose it is true that many of the older generation clone would see the Matari as what they once were, and feel embittered about their rebelliions after our defeat by the Jovians, all we desired was the uplift them from the squalor of their dark ages, but they could not understand our goals then. Perhaps in time such bitterness will fade and the Matari will come to understand what we strove to do. |

I like many other mercs choose to support out nations out of loyalty, we do not need money or infamy when such ideals are on the line.
Also I guarantee you fighting for the Amarr is going to net you much greater benefits that fighting for such a misguided people. |

Owning slaves is a sin and goes against nature. These types of attitudes will not be tolerated and the very people you now enslave will one day rise up and show you the meaning of punishment. I hope I am there for that day. Owning slaves may be wrong but putting slave owners down isn't. Be prepared and ever mindful because history is just a haloreel set on repeat. |

Indeed the enslavement of another is reprehensible, denying them their freedom to think and act as they see fit while taking their home. I can tell you now though that taking your freedom back, reclaiming your home, and giving a just punishment to those who denied it to you while spouting hypocrisies of the importance of freedom for all peoples is a truly wondrous feeling. These are good days now that the Caldari can return Home. |

Respectfully, Lord Grange, while you are a power-armored supersoldier armed with some of the most destructive man-pack weaponry New Eden has ever seen ...
... so is almost everyone who visits this place. Those with the right sort of, um, holy wrath towards the Matari are probably inclined to find and behead their own terrorists.
Also, and also respectfully, Hellstorm mercs do not seem to need very much arm twisting to involve themselves in the war. This is not really a "problem" unless you are trying to get people to pay ISK to get them involved. ... Or you're on the Republic's side, I suppose. |

I would like to state here that PIE, in accordance with the wishes of Her Majesty Empress Jamyl, does not tolerate the brutalization or murder of slaves.
"Emperor Heideran VII stated that slaves must be treated fairly, a sentiment our current Empress shares. We, as upholders of the faith and guardians of the Empire, must therefore be seen to treat slaves fairly. If we do not, we go against the word of our Empress and therefore the word of God.
PIE Inc members are free to keep and trade slaves. But slaves will not be murdered in cold blood. There is no rational reason for such behaviour, punishments according to the crimes of a slave are of course permitted."

It is possible, sir knight. You may indeed be correct that Lord Grange is talking about the whole of the Republic military when he speaks of "terrorists." Much as I might hope that his aim is not so blurry, it is quite possible.
There are other possible definitions of "Minmatar terrorist," however. |

So if they escape from slavery then go about normal lives you would just leave them alone and pretend nothing happened then? Also I don't support it myself, but I'm afraid if someone in out culture did what you said we would call them hero's, not terrorist. |

Respectfully, templar, I must here agree with the young fool.
Morality as it is understood by humans is of course subjective. The Matari see wickedness in you because you conquered their worlds and enslaved many of their people. You do not see these as wicked deeds, but....
In the end, the question is whether the universe, or "God," if you like, has an opinion on the issue, since presumably that would be the only moral opinion to really have weight. You may believe that the universe agrees with your views, but there is, respectfully, little evidence of this.
The universe speaks, if at all, only through consequences. That it agrees with you at all is something the rest of us, inevitably, do not believe-- and which you will have to take on faith. |
