Regardless of who does it, if there is support from veteran players, it will help the new players as long as they know about it. That's the biggest issue. A fraction of the Dust population frequents the forums/YouTube/other. An even smaller percentage of new players do.

Good idea. I believe Dust University had this idea a while ago though. I remember them opening a thread, asking to have a control of a planet so they can train their people there. Didn't go well :P
