take a low slot from the Cal Logi
Make General Assault Bounus help increase damage output (2% per level)
Minnie Racial stay the same
Cal Racial use the current general assault bounus or keep the same
Gal Racial keep the same
Amarr Racial stay the same
Make General Logi Bounus reduce PG/CPU requirements of equipment like the Gallente Suit
Minnie Racial Dunno?
Gal Racial use current logi bounus
Cal Racial tweak to 2% per shield extenders
Amarr Racial 2% boost to
Make General Scout Bounus boost speed by 3% per level
Minnie Racial Hacking Speed
Gal Racial same
Keep Sentinel Bounus the same
Keep Commando Bounus the same
Double HP of all armor plates(Ferro,Normal,Reactive) making armor High HP pool, low regen rate
Reduce speed penalites for Ractive and Normal plates to 2% for basic 3% for enhanced 5% for complex so that it indicates better quality plates by only light HP reduction because the regen is already slow enough. |
