So someone skilled into something that isn't out in the game yet, where they cannot see what stats that particular something will have, and still deserve a respec/refund/whatever, just because they were too stupid to think for themselves? Christ, do you even think before you sperg brainfarts all over the forums?
2nd point about shield energizers, that don't take skills to use.... Well, it does seem a bit obvious that everything ingame, bar militia items and a portion of Aur items, require skills to use, where increasingly better/effective variations of that item requires more SP investment. If something is otherwise, then unless CCP explicitly mentions that these items will not require SP, a person with a slight measure of intelligence would assume, in most cases correctly, that this is most likely due to an oversight.

EDIT2: I just realized that you can't even buy the skill since it's not on the market, and the only reference to it ingame is the extra skill node in the skill tree. Thus, you are crying about people 'deserving' a refund/respec for ISK and SP they HAVE NOT COMMITTED YET. Well done! Idiocy has reached new lows today  |
