Here the list of what I have found so far. I will update, as the day goes on.
Shield Energizers - FACTS: Require no skills, the Complex (Best) gives 60% bonus to shield recharge rate (This includes Assault variant bonuses when calculating the 60%), but you lose 6% to base shields. (This loss is from the base shields of the suit plus the bonus from the Dropsuit Shield Upgrades, it doesn't affect Shield Extenders) Opinion: This kind of makes Shield Rechargers Useless, on on any of my caldari proto suits with shield upgrades at 4 you only lose 15 shields. That plus not having to skill into them makes Energizers the better choice.
Saga II - Facts: Comes with an invincibility module, Cost 15,000 isk (Saga Cost 40,000), Requires no Skills to use, Exact same stats as the normal saga except Saga II has more cpu 210 (Saga II) 155(Saga). Opinion: This makes no sense on CCP's part why would anyone ever use the normal Saga?
Commando Suits - Facts: They are much more expensive than all the other drop suits around 2x the cost all around with proto costing 94,425 ISK. Opinion: I really only see these being used effectively for Sniper/Swarm launcher combos.
Other little things CCP did:
- Organized your modules/weapons/equipment by type instead of alphabetical order, this is very convenient!
- Finally alphabetized the corp member list, very useful for CEOs/Directors.
- Actually Fixed Nanite Injectors. Like better than Chromosome.
- Covenant Assault gets caldari variant suit bonus (This may be old news, but I just noticed it).
- Weapon Switching is super fast.
- Total players is now includes everyone playing Eve as well. Sneaky CCP, but this can only help get new ppl into the game.
- Local chat appears to have very few people in it, it may be racial based now.
- Seems like they added more merc battles. May be too early to tell.
- AV grenades list the actual damage they do to vehicles.
- Aiming for the orbital is a little better.
- Suit Information no longer shows when you aim at someone with the assault rifle (maybe all guns)
There are more things I haven't noticed yet, feel free to let me know about them. |

Nope... this WAS mentioned. Any channel with 50 or more ppl in it will be set to "delayed".... only when people type will they populate on the list.
Hopefully this will reduce lag in systems, which can only be a good thing.

I haven't confirmed this yet but I believe when you're on the spawn map Logis or maybe people with injectors show up as yellow dots.. |

You could do this in 1.1 but it was bloody tricky you had to be healing them before they got in or pray it targeted the dude not the LAV.
Also MD got a slight blast radius buff and the hit detection seems better and the smoke effect appears to be back not sure on screen shake though.

There are way more useful combinations . I honestly think CCP did a good job balancing it though. Imagine a Sniper/Assault Rifle with 3 high slots!

OK I am imagining it. Now I am looking at the actual stats and the proto commando suit only has 2 high slots and 1 low. It moves like a heavy, has less than half its max health (with mods). It will be an easy target without the armor to keep it alive, on the battlefield. |

What I've noticed were some major graphics issues. For example, I was watching some players run next to a wall and they disappeared behind it, when they should have been in front of it. I could still shoot them, but it's a confusing glitch. Another involved players spawning in halfway below the ground. Of course my usual graphic gripes are still there... (Not being able to see players/RTV drops across the map, player models not rendering which means they don't get to die.) |

They fixed forge guns too. Cooler effect, more feedback on fire. And i swear they feel like they are doing more damage... Wonder if it is a back end damage calculation change or the things I'm shooting at have different health.. |

They added the Pilot dropsuit skills, but no pilot dropsuits.
Health repaired is shown in numbers when receiving it from a nanohive.
The MCC's Triangle icon is now inside of the spawn circle for it to be more easily distinguished from other "spawn circles"
Texture and effects can now be lowered under the Display settings tab
LAV Default controls are now set to R2 and L2 for gas and brake instead of the control stick
Flux grenade blast bubble seems different looking with more effects.
AV grenades no longer chase LAV's when thrown behind them (maybe the seek radius has been reduced? I have to throw them in front of the LAV now for them to register the seek if the vehicle is moving quickly past)
Strafing speed has been increased to walking speed
Module switching works the first time, very quick and responsive.
Mass driver does more damage against shields now.
Forge gun charging sound snycs properly with the charging guage so you can release the trigger as soon as you hear it and have it fire reliably.
Stamina doesn't automatically start recharging, you have to wait a second after you stop sprinting, jumping, or melee-ing before it will start to charge again. This is to prevent players from rapidly clicking the sprint button to keep sprinting, and I think the delay is slightly longer if you fully deplete your stamina bar.

I love that the nanite injectors work the bleedout screen now shows how long you have to get revived 20 seconds the icon on a fallen mate flashes when its about to expire (this im assuming) it may flash just due to calling for help also you can call for help on the bleedout screen these are all awesome updates for me being that the medic aspect of this game needed to be greatly improved |

Opinion: I really only see these being used effectively for Sniper/Swarm launcher combos. Other little things CCP did:
- Organized your modules/weapons/equipment by type instead of alphabetical order, this is very convenient!
- Finally alphabetized the corp member list, very useful for CEOs/Directors.
- Actually Fixed Nanite Injectors. Like better than Chromosome.
- Covenant Assault gets caldari variant suit bonus (This may be old news, but I just noticed it).
- Weapon Switching is super fast.
- Total players is now includes everyone playing Eve as well. Sneaky CCP, but this can only help get new ppl into the game.
- Local chat appears to have very few people in it, name only show up if they type something.
- Seems like they added more merc battles. May be too early to tell.
- AV grenades list the actual damage they do to vehicles.
UPDATED 16:34 4/2
- Aiming for the orbital is a little better.
- Suit Information no longer shows when you aim at someone with the assault rifle (maybe all guns)
- You can heal people with repair tools while they are in a lav.
- New better repair tool lock on and animation.
- New Headshot noise is really annoying and sounds like a grenade went off next to your ear.
- Didn't fix the mic glitch.
- Added a Shield Damage Section where you can see how much shield resistance you vehicle has.
There are more things I haven't noticed yet, feel free to let me know about them.

you are right that he doesnt do dropsuits, but he has said he relays a lot of our off-topic requests to the individuals responsible.
he seems to be on the forums a lot more than some of the other DEVs and if he does forward our ideas/suggestions/requests as he has claimed, may as well try to have him push requests up. |

So all chat channels are delayed right? Only issue I see with this is trying to find out if somebody is online or not, as if all the channels you know they are in have 50+, then that means they won't show up until they write something. |

Long chat channel names self-truncate, and can no longer be manually joined. When you activate the ID and land, you can move sideways instantly (not forward) instead of waiting for the stand up animation. |

Another interesting thing that perhaps wasn't mentioned in the patch notes (heck, maybe it's been there since Uprising 1.1 or 1.0) is you can now turn the texture detail down (low-med-high) as well as the effect detail to low-med-high. Found in the video tab under system options.
If people are still having framerate lag, maybe turning these down would help. Might try it myself to see what the game looks like on both set to low |
