Lets say I saved 1.2 mil SP to get my dream suit in time for the update, should I still get it knowing I could make it all back this week or...
wait a week and go bonkers with 2.4 mil SP ? |

1.3 is heavily rumored to be a balancing patch, with numerous changes to weapons and especially drop suits. It is suppose to be out by early august, I would save until then. |

I heard it was content. Pretty sure 1.2 is the balancing one, As far as range goes. |

CCP said they are focusing on gameplay mechanics before they release more content. |

Plan the skills you want, in what order, to what level.
Then spend SP on those skills, in that order, getting them to that level.
