Did you make sure that you sent the request under the same email address that is attached to your account and referenced the name of the character you want respecced?

I'm in a similar boat as you. I sent in my respec ticket on the 18th and upon hearing from CCP that I was in the line for a respec I started throwing my sp everywhere to try new things. Well whataya know I don't have my respec and I'm at a significant disadvantage because I wasted about 2mil sp. Fortunately it looks like CCP have taken notice to this issue: GM Grave wrote:

i asked them.i didnt put it in as respec but they wont give it to me anyways.so what i decided to do is if they wont give what i fairly signed for im going to fight for what i deserve.

Wish you luck. CCP really have to step up their customer service, IMO if the dust player base wasn't so loyal dust wouldn't have made it out of beta.

Unfortunately allowing you to respec would throw off the delicate balance of DUST, sending its intricate economy spinning out of wack, and invalidating all the well informed and strategically built players out there by virtue of your new found playstyle.

Better to lose you as a customer than figure out a system that helps everyone.

Why would it ruin the economy? I understand how it would break gameplay, but how would it ruin the economy?

That is the common reason given as to why some sort of respec mechanic would be unhealthy for the game. Because it would hurt the player driven economy.

if they keep saying that they didn't receive your ticket.... then how did they know you sent one in?

well, that's CCP for you. this company is focused on EVE Online where everything you do affects not only yourself but the entire galaxy of new eden, so there treatment sometimes is pretty brutal but just because they are the producers of the harshest MMORPG game on the planet

CCP seem to be forgetting the number one rule about selling a product: treat your customers like they are the queen of England

so i posted a skill respec awhile ago (the 24th)and apparently it didn't reach them.never got notification or anything because working the forums is quite difficult for someone new to it such as me.so i just posted a ticket requesting my skill respec and they kept telling me that they didn't get it so since it wasn't before the deadline of the 31st they would not permit my respec. so what i did is i went back to my emails.i took a picture of it and showed them the email because i keep a draft and then remake it to send a final copy. when i showed them they replied to the email saying post about this topic on a ticket.did not give me a designated time or anything and they even replied to it.so i went back to my laptop to redo this whole thing and took the photo from my ipod, put it onto my laptop, and then made another ticket stating i was wrong about the date (thinking i sent it on the 30th) saying it was on the 24th and showing them hard proof and evidence.i figured the code they gave me was important so i posted that and the person who of which replied to my email.they told me that i had not reached the deadline of the timing of which they told me to make for security reasons.i do not remember and do not quote them ever telling me that they had a deadline or anything i must meet in order to do that.and then as if teasing me they told me as well that they only give this out to the very few opportunists that take advantage of this moment and so i will not at all be given my respec and this was my final chance to get this. i'm heated full on about this because i know for a fact i sent the email on the 24th and at the time around 2:30 pm us eastern time.i even showed them hard evidence and they completely ignored it.the fact that i just completely showed them THE email record i kept for this exact reason and they just looked at it like a blind person was infuriating.i believe that they should do another respec for people who missed it for some reason such as a family event or tragedy and for people like myself who they just completely ignored.
