I had a chat with CCP CMDR WANG the other day and it seems CCP is planning to do smaller releases of content in shorter periods of time (if you heard this then you know what Im talking about). Now for most of the team this is a newer way to release the content to players, but with a game system over PC crowd it will be more effective. This will be a positive change for us Mercs after 1.2 (or what the number is) comes out.

I would like to point out that players should not be "hopeing" anything nor having to look forward to somthing. The game should allready be in acceptable state this is why players are leaving were all tired of the game not working and the new patch is not bringing anything new to table. I simple hope thry world of darkness is getting more love than Dust514 right now because I will never forgive ccp if they screw that up too

A blog isn't supposed to be super professional looking. That's why it's a blog. You can be casual as hell with writing it, just get the facts out there and run it through a spelling check. That's all anyone cares about. Damn.

That being said, I'm beginning to steadily lose what now seems to be misguided faith in this game. I used to hit my cap every Wednesday night, before that every single day, before that etc.. etc.. etc.., but now here it is the day before the cap reset and I can't find a reason as to why I should turn my PS3 on even though I have over 160k more until the cap :-/

I've only just recently started coming back online more after over a month of doing exactly what you describe, and it's only because I find militia bpo fits with free LAVs to be the most amusingly absurd thing I have yet to see in this beta. I don't even roll with my corp, or anyone that much. I just solo with the sound off while I play Halo music

I think CCP views a dev blog as on the same level as an update.

They are of the mind that simply telling people what you are working on is the same thing as giving hem new content, or performing bug fixes.

It is an absolutely ridiculous premise, but that does seem to be the way that they run it.

What just happened here, you get some information on coming updates and you are mad. You are strange.

Just know that if this game ever becomes interesting again, as in we ever get some of the original ideas that were conveyed to us *bounties being one of them* you will have a large bounty on your head. One wonders if he even knows who he is talking to in the first place, Shad may not be a Dev but he has done a ton for this community.
