I've never been killed by one. It's always maddy's when it happens, and maybe ten times this entire build by a gunlogi. That balance is just awful- only maddy's can kill other tanks, right now. Can we buff shield tanks, or something that isn't an armor tank nerf? NO MORE NERFS.
Oh, and how about we buff enforcers because for 2.5 mil ISK pricetage, it should at least have a shot at killing me, but it never does. I remember a Sagaris was the scariest thing on the battlefield if you were in a vehicle, and a Surya was the scariest to infantry. What happened to those days? |

lol. aren't you hard. the point is that enforcers are too expensive for their cost. I didnt invest in them but other people did and theyre useless. |

hey, luckily we have some vehicle experts on the CPM that can give great feedback Yet another build where CCP fails to balance tanks, you start to wonder if they even test their own stuff.
This current build it is all about the madrugar and everyone has the same fit, all other tanks are completely crap. enough people have been giving feedback about tanks but i have yet to see a damn change! |

oh, i have no doubt we'll see change, but probably in a wrong direction. most likely another nerf to tanks- armor tanks this time. |

My best tank fit is with an caldari enforcer, and while it may be more difficult to kill an armor rail gun I do it all the time. the fact that infantry favoured av weapons are more effective vs armor balances this out. Some small modifications to shield tanks like increases to passive recharge rate maybe but nothing else. I have both mads and gunlogis |

EVElopedia wrote:Carebear is an often derogatory term used to describe players who prefer to refrain from PvP combat. Activities that involve playing against the game environment are collectively referred to as "carebearing."
People described as carebears can be mission runners, manufacturers, traders, or any number of non-player vs player centric fields of economic gain. The key perceived difference between 'carebears' and players who simply PvE is their attitude towards PvP encounters.
Although the term exists as an Eve meme, if one were to attempt to define a carebear as accurately as possible, some of the following attributes would generally apply.
Is a non-PvP oriented pilot - generally a miner or mission-runner. Refuses to engage in PvP at all costs. Disagrees with PvP existing in empire space. Often is a solo pilot still in an original NPC corp. Responds to violent/illegal interaction with other players with a negative and unsporting attitude. Tries to amass as much wealth as possible while expecting as little conflict as possible.
In the end, the true difference between a mission runner, industrialist, business man, and carebear is what their reactive attitude towards PvP in EVE is. Source Yeah, I think it's impossible to have carebears in Dust 514... |

I don't know if you've played Eve or not, but do you know how much people will pay for a 5% advantage over another player? How about the huge price difference between tech 1 / pirate faction ships for that one extra slot or a different role bonus?
People will pay out the derp for any advantage they can get. An extra slot is a huge advantage, and to me, warrants the larger price tag.

Shield HAV pilot. If it were equal to a mad or loggi and just had the extra slot, a little extra CPU/pg and the buffs in place, then I might consider it worth the price. But it doesn't, it's much more fragile than a standard tank, therefor much more likely to lose. With the hull costing 5 times more not including fittings, it's just not worth it. |

Well here's the fun thing about that: it's not possible to do with a Vayu and if you do that with a Flachion, you will nmot be able to boost you shields or have anything better than a supplementary extender. In fact, i laugh at people who do that and try to take on my maddy with its minute long hardeners and reppers. |

I do have ONE enforcer fitting that I like.
It's got 2 dmg mods and a proto rail.
It only has like 5k shields though. It's nice for killing RDVs.
Also an enforcer's best ability is that it can equip damage mods for railguns.
No one takes notice of the passive missile/blaster dmg because the tank fookan sucks. |

passive skills were broken then.
unless u mean the old days when Marauders had a built in 1.5 dmg buff but tanks still werent 2 shotted then :P
Agree tho shields need to be buffed and CCP needs to give enforcers the old built in dmg buff that marauders had |
