Banned From Forums Shining Flame Amarr Empire 116	Posted - 2013.06.11 13:54:00 - [1] - Quote Yes I said it. With PS4 coming in November 11 2013 it will mark the end of Dust 514 (for now). I see these game going dead because there are a whole lot of games coming out for the PS4 which are eons ahead of Dust. Games like Destiny, Titan Fall, Watch Dogs and Killzone 4 show a lot of promise. These are companies that have a good core mechanics of a FPS and are already ported to use the new features of PS4. Dust has a long way to go with its core FPS mechanics before it even touches the surface with any of these games. I have always liked the idea and concept of Dust but sadly this game will die. All it will be left with is the fanbois and CRONOS that can probably start fighting when all other corps have moved to these games. If any of you are planning on hitting any of these games holler up and lets meet there. PS: Dust to Dust!

PS: On the bright side you might actually find a corp that you can fit in with.

There are other corp forums and facebooks are abuzz about moving away from Dust. On the bright side Gen Tso can finally grab some land.

Watchdogs is not an FPS and is a single player game designed to entertain for about 12 hours or so. Killzone is designed to be a shorter experience . Not seeing the problem here .... Maybe then you will actually be able to hold some of the districts you capture. Good games are good games regardless of setup. Dust is garbage.

I walk among these leaders and know how frustrated they are. Kain, Mavado, Laz, Mitachui... They are all concerned about the direction or lack there of this game. I know Kain is especially frustrated because he has put so much effort into this game to help it gain audience but CCP ****** this game over. Laz I know is pulling his hair out with the lag this game is offering and the proposed recommendations for "fixing" it even after 1.5 years in the making. Mavado is concerned because he is not getting much good fights and most of his peeps are bored. Mitachui has invested so much time and money on this game and yet this game still has to deliver. You are looking at a lot of frustrated alliance leaders right now.

Travi Zyg G I A N T EoN. 72	Posted - 2013.06.11 14:22:00 - [22] - Quote i will be grabbing one on day one...if your a PS fan and/or you already own a vita as well, theres no reason not to start saving now and pick one up. ill probably still play DUST here and there , more if they get more things in and right but ive already cut down some of my playtime by starting up FF 13-2 . wanted to finish and plat it since i finished the first 13 and before Lighting Returns drops this year. Gets tiring playing with others online on DUST all the time. Sometimes a good offline story is all you really need to refresh your gaming self.

And why should you play Dust all the time. Its not content rich. I hear ya about balance gaming and that's why I play eve. I have more fun playing that than Dust.
