This guy is massively overstating what I think is his point.

The key difference between this game and many of the others they've shown is that they will be released, will have some paid DLC released for them, and then eventually have support ceased as the next version comes out.

This is where Dust and Destiny stand apart. Both of these games are structured around having one game for no less than 10 years. No having to buy a new title a year or two after you just bought the last one so you can stay up to date.

I'll be playing both Dust and Destiny.

Destiny is clearly a more story-driven experience which is something I love and part of why I've been a steadfast fan of the Halo series until 343i came along.

Dust is player-driven just like EVE, and offers an obscenely massive world and the promise of years of FREE content just like EVE Online, and a connection to that game unlike anything ever attempted in the gaming industry.

Two different games. Two different focuses.

I can't wait to be playing them both.

Graphically that game looks better, though the story seems coney halo revised.

Its also not coming out until 2014, regardless of what features it has or does not have, we will have to wait and see.

CCP you had one hope, just one hope. That hope was to believe with every fiber in your body that Destiny was going to be an overhyped fail.

Sorry to say that that hope is now officially dead. Your game, Dust 514 is in it's last months. Bungie has ensured that Destiny will be the last and final nail in the coffin for you.

you had a great vision and a great plan and you inspired many to believe in your vision. However, why wait 5-7 years to see you fulfill that dream when we only have to wait 7-14 months?

Do not be ashamed, you may have lost the next generation console MMOFPS war but at least you still did better than Defiance. If it makes you feel any better, head over to the Defiance forums. Their community is all up in tears after the gameplay footage of Destiny being released.

Division, Destiny, FFXIV, ElderScrolls Online, BF4, COD Ghost, GTAV. Just to name a small # of shooters MMOs and threw in a GTA I really don't see the game on it's current path lasting long to be quite honest.

Wonder if KBM is an option - if not I am out. I will never get the hang of controllers.

Graphics look pretty, but its not a very good game to compare too. The game is totally different premise. Its a bit like comparing F1 2013 to Grand Theft Auto - they both have cars, but that doesn't make them direct competitor games.
