League of Infamy has taken 3 districts from Rise of Legion thus far, coming up with more this week. (Any corps wanting these districts, contact me in game and we can talk about land grabs.)

Mouths are sealed until this matter is dealt with. This was all fun and games, now it's on a personal level much like when PFBHz beat us. They showed us their hand too soon to gather their assets and come back later. We imagine this will end in the same result for Rise of Legion. Although they have us in numbers: we have proven in PC that numbers aren't everything. May the best alliance win.

Thought it was KEQ you were blaming for your assaults on ROFL districts... that's what the smack talking yokels you populate your matches with keep spamming us.

Whether it was lag or not, and I honestly believe that the shoe being on the other foot for once is actually fairness in retrospect (as it is usually us who experiences every issue you've outlined). Sounds like you're sore that you lost. Even though it was through no fault of anyone bar the servers.

When we lose, at least we don't sit here spamming forums with how bad our lag was. We take it on the chin, buck up, and go on.

Some people feel they have to defend their losses ya know? Personally I say good on ya. +1 for not QQ'ing...extra points to kujo though if he can produce video displaying any lag whatsoever in that match.

There's a difference between lag that your team can cope with and lag that is unbearable to play. As I have already stated along with Kalante we experience lag every time we play you guys. We don't whine about those: again as stated above, I said we had some good laughs about it.

I mentioned it to their members that recently joined but I figured that they would've joined LOI or EoN. It has been brought to my attention that a smear campaign has been going on. In order to keep the faith of my allies and friends I would like to throw out there everything that was divulged so you can make your own decisions on what happened. Yes I was a officer in The Southern Legion and knew alot of stuff from inside the Corp. It is also True that I was friends with people inside Hellstorm. Before PC and even after Hellstorm and TSOLE had a Cease fire agreement. After Hellstorm attacked TSOLE I, personally, tried to talk to the CEO of HS to fix our relationship. I had put many hours and sweat into TSOLE and didnt want to watch all our hard work just disappear. We tossed many ideas around after we made up our mind I approached Jackal about some of these options. All he was concerned with was CPM and having friends who would back him for election. I ttried to talk to him that this would be the good of the Corp so we dont lose everything we accomplished. Even after So many losses and very little wins he still wouldnt see reason. I have nothing against TSOLE and I have the upmost respect for most of the People in that Corporation. As many of ROFL know I wasnt just somebody who just sat around I was there to Accomplish and make ROFL and TSOLE better. ( for we are LEGION and we will RISE as one). Hunter Blake aka The black Jackal has told everybody that I leaked Info to LOI. I have not. If I wanted to hurt ROFL I would have stayed and collected info until I needed to leave. I Have to much respect for my teammates and will not do that. To TSOLE: You will not see me in any PC matches against you for I have nothing against you just your Faulty Leadership.

First off, I am actually sorry to see you go. I had thought of you as a friend.

I never alluded to you double dealing information. However your stance that we should simply drop our current alliance under the 'threat' of Hellstorm wiping us out due to our allegiance to ROFL without wanting to listen to my opinion on why we would not drop that alliance.

It has little to do with CPM, it has to do with the fact that Hellstorm did nothing but insult, demean, and put down TSOLE, and by association of us with RISE of Legion. You wanted us to jump ship, abandon an agreement we'd made with ROFL.

I talked to the other officers about the decision, and they all agreed that leaving ROFL was ill-advised move.

You aslo approached one of our other officers, wanting HIM to approach other certain members of the corporation and try get them to join with League of Infamy. You couldn't even approach them yourself.

First off, When I left off when I left I planned on staying friends. You decided to tell everybody that I was leaking information. Where is your proof I gave any classified information? You don't have any because I never did. Yes I approached a fellow officer in the Corp who also happened to be a friend whom we discussed alot of different pieces of info. I told him what I

Harbinger was a former member that just came home, he shared nothing with us other then his friendship. Not much he could do to change the tides of war... 67 losses from Rofl and 3 from Hellstorm , speaks for itself.

I never said that we were going to leave. I said that we would talk... talk, you know that thing you do that communicates words, thoughts, ideas... never ONCE did I say we would come over or leave ROFL.

As to myself trash talking KEQ, I will admit some of their members have rubbed me the wrong way on occasion, acting as badly as you. But I do not condemn the entire corporation for those actions. Every corporation has 'idiotic levels'... it doesn't indict the entire corporation. In your case, considering 90% of the people in your own PC battle trash talk us before, and after the match... I can safely apply the term 'idiotic' to your attitudes at least.

Ceasefires are called to enable talks, or the talks will get drowned out in bloodshed. Bloodshed while you 'talk' is not ANY country's policy. Maybe, before making grandiose statements like that, look up your history books. In all cases the path to talks, or peace, was Ceasefire -> Talk -> Peace at it's most simple pathway.

As to my position within the leadership of the Alliance, that could be considered a matter of debate. My timezone means I am unable to attend many of the meetings, and yes, things sometimes get decided at those meetings, but I assure you, if I had something to say, most, if not all, the Alliance Leadership would take SOME stock in what I said. In a system such as ROFL, there is no 'elite' group that makes every decision, it's as close to a Aggressive Democracy as anything else. Everyone's opinions are weighed, measured, and debated.

Honestly every major player relevant to the topic seems to have their own douchebags. Hell, I'm a douchebag at times, and I'm sorry for it . When people make these public threads I try to stay above the fray, but some of these kids are acting straight stupid. Hellstorm and Eon would both very much like to have our way with Seraphim. [Insert LoI saying they agree] We'd both like to continue rooting out their money machine but we all have been screwing around with RofL lately (somewhat cause they kicked the hornets nest without soliciting Hellstorm's blessing if they wanted matches, and somewhat because Radar's vision for his own little 13 district blue planet). Honestly Punisher, we both know Seraphim still needs a bit more of our attention than RofL. I want planet fightclub, and Hellstorm should help us focus on getting rid of those Seraphim districts over there. I know those timers are crappy over there, but if you got ringers that can help out, or you need ringers cause you need a few more people on in the wee morning hours, then let's work it out. I still want more fights with Corat1, Lhughes, Craftyslyfox, Osslam, Gloo Gloo, Meode, Pearson, the whole sham wow over there. They provide more competitive matches for us, and they are making rediculous money while we trifle with RofL.

You guys left the Bus. While you were on the bus everything was sweet and we could see the sights together. Ya see, once you are off the bus you are no longer on the bus. My question is why leave in the first place, Aerion? Harby had his reasons, as did Templar. I may not agree with their reasons entirely, but they had to do what they had to do.

But why did YOU leave? You clearly had no problem with TSOLE. If Templar made you a better offer then I'm not sure "friendship" really makes a difference to you.

I had left because I wanted to meet new people in other Corporations and Alliances. To learn new tactics and strategies. I was going to return to TSOLE but the response I have gotten from some *cough cough*WhiskeyJack Otako, The Black Jackal*cough couch* has made me not want to come back.

WhiskeyJack plain insulted me when I said a friendly greeting to as many in TSOLE who read the forums and this post.
The Black Jackal insulted me by requesting that I make a second eve toon to join TSOLE for the purpose of orbital support. He kicked me later that day.

I would come back but since 2 important figures of leadership have insulted me and not properly seen my reason for leaving TSOLE on Dust. I will not be rejoining TSOLE in either Dust 514 or EVE.

I will however remain with TSLIC due to the great support many have given me there and the fact that I feel I owe them too much to simply leave. I hope that Checkmeister will remain CEO for a long time and that TSLIC doesn't merge with TSOLE for many reasons not including the reasons I won't rejoin TSOLE.

Also Templar made me no offers. Except to join his corp. When he said he knew several important people in EON I decided to join for the purpose I had originally left TSOLE for.

Well, I'm sorry you feel that way, Aerion. That's the first I have heard of your view on things, and I would say you too have your reasons for going. Yo have to realise though that any alt would have to be removed once you decided to leave to another Corp with your main char. That is common sense.

I'm not sure too much of it all matters in the end as it is my firm belief that the AU/NZ contingent will soon drop away from Dust since CCP see it fit to ignore our plights to fix our connection issues with the rest of the globe. I for one don't see any motivation to take on Corps in PC when we are virtually guaranteed an unfair loss or win against overseas opponents due to the fact that the server winner will be shooting soldiers seconds before they actually notice they are being shot.

My enemy is no longer the Alliances that are red to us. It is now the Devs who choose to ignore us.

The matches yesterday we ran a mini-game during the matches on who could kill as many DJINNS as possible, was actually the most fun part - we had team-wide cheers when we managed to frag one :)

Our attack of 'lol scouts' was one of the funniest PC games I've played.

In all, we can ***** about the lag until the cows come home but whenever we've played you, you've always played your elite team so I'm glad I got the chance to shoot at (maybe kill one or two) some of the best players in the game. I look forward to seeing how you guys do against Imps, Nyain San, Teamplayers, SI, WTF and Dust University.

we are proud to have fought alongside them as long as we could. Much respect to KEQ's skills and members.

Necromancer collects departed threads merely for the thrill of resurrecting them. Some say he performs this unnatural act out of malice, others say he canGÇÖt help himself because of his lack of I.Q., but no one really knows.

Everyone in RofL will be fine. Whatever you do, don't be dumb like PFBHz and break friendships when the going gets tough. If everyone plays nice and isn't 2 big for their britches then everyone will be fine.
