is the biggest waste of ISK for the value you get out of it in this game? |

Dropship. Weak, vunerable, easy to see, slow to react, OHK to high level forge from ner infinite range, RDV insta death, disconnect instant loss.... List goes on. |

Plasma Cannon. It costs more SP that the swarm launcher, has less Damage, is harder to hit with it, harder to use in general and makes you AR bait (on account of its marginal range, while you can happily sit on a hill with a SL and fire across out tiny tiny maps).
Second I would probably say Dropships. Light vehicle weapons are broken, as they are impossible to hit anything with and the damage is so weak they rarely kill anything, on LAVs, on drop ships the door guns are a pretty if useless addition that merely take away inexperienced players from the real fight or add to an enemys SP /ISK rewards at the end. Dropship would be valuable on larger maps when crossing space is an issue. But only one such map exists and everyone gets free LAVs anyway.
Dropships let you fly, which at lease adds a fun factor. Plasma Cannons um... yeah.

I think we can all agree that up in till DSes can gain WP (beside kills and assists and vehicle kill assists) they are the biggest waste. |

The dropship hands down.
It is insanely expensive.
It is ineffective in battle.
It has no useful mission.
It doesn't generate WPs.
It isn't even fun to fly anymore. |

Dropships at least go explode real nice, and you get a nice ride first.
The Vayu is slow, soft and goes pop just like a 1.2 million ISK chassis should. |

All of you say Dropships, but I've seen Assault Dropships go 30-0 while still transporting people whenever needed. But really I saw a video of Planetside 2 where a guy dropped off his mates and got kill assist for every kill they got for at least a minute. It shouldn't be that hard for Dust to do this. |

You just saw an example of a team too dumb to bring out any AV above 1 or 2 militia swarm launchers. If you go up against decent opposition who have actually specced AV you will have to very lucky to gain more than 300 warpoints and not lose a dropship |
