I highly doubt this is true Logis are the 2nd slowest class, 4.7m/s for Caldari and Gallente, and 5.0 for minmatar, you probably fought a minmatar assault they are the the fastest assault suit, and the fastest suit aside from the scouts.

I tend to just sit and mix and match suits to see what I can come up with.
Logi suits always are the superior ones from my trials, and are also super easy to fit.

Did you know that you can get the logi suit to run at 10.5 mps? And you will still have 2 slots left in your low for other items. Saying that Logies cannot fullfill every role is just dumb because they can. They can pretty much out tank the heavies. They can out run the scouts/assaults. They can out fit every other suit available. And they are balanced? Their shields start to regen in no time flat and they get a bonus 5 armor repper just for being logi. Perhaps you need to go back and look at the stats because you obviously fail to understand the possibilities with those stats and the mods that are available.

You fought A logi ?... Try fighting about 100 of them, and then come back with constructive, positive feedback.
