lol, for some crazy reason this dropship pilot was picking up groups of people and instead of dropping them off somewhere he instead would climb high in the sky and then choose a blue tank or other dropship and dive bomb into them like a ballistic missile. It does not matter how many hpo you have, you will be dead in a flash. Can't remember the guys name.. but if you see a dropship coming down at you and he is not on fire.. good luck getting out of the way. I lost a creodron tank with 7400 armor to the guy, was full shield and armor with around 30% resist. Killed me, my gunner and entire dropship full of guys in a flash. was pretty funny actually.. but if you have heavy price tag vehicles , it might not be to you. So be aware that this can happen in public matches , not only PC. If you already were aware, well then I guess this message is useless other than to lol at me :) |

And this is why FF in instant battles would be a terrible idea.
Even without it, people find ways to grief.
It would just become a pointless free for all and the whines on the forum would blot out the sun. |

I ran into this guy once (literally). He managed to blind-side me one time, but only managed to drop half the shields from my ADS. After that, it was rather amusing watching him trying to hit me and failing miserably.
Still annoying, I ended up recalling my DS, couldn't do anything useful with him around. |

Nope, dropship pilots lose -60 WP for each person who dies inside their ship, along with -75 WP for losing the ship.
