Respecs will be processed in batches and applied during daily downtimes on a first-come-first-served basis. Once we receive and process a request, we will respond to let players know they are currently in queue for a skill respec.
Please note that the closing date for requests is 11:00 UTC (7:00 AM ET) on 31 May, 2013, and that it may take a few days to process and apply your respec. We will implement all respecs requested before the deadline.
Edit: Just in case you've already read that, I have no idea, but there's the possibility you might not get yours in the first wave. |

No they changed skill multipliers for things like dropsuits, any surplus sp got refunded to you. And on a happy side note dropships multiplier went from a 8x to a 4x meaning every ADS pilot out there has 1.2 million sp sitting on their characters, another plus come respec is that you only need dropship lv3 to unlock the ADS and logi ships. |

If you submitted a ticket (through this site) or petition (by email) when they are done with current skill tree tinkering. The safe bet is they are done (for now) but you never can be too sure.
Even if they started today with the respecs it will take awhile. We can't expect them to derail everything for this. |

They never said respecs would be given exactly when the skill tree updates, but yeah I can see how some may of jumped to conclusions. Also something to note is respecs will only be given out during down time. |
