The choice will always be the players to do it or not (live with what you have, or re-allocate now and plan better - although I think planing may not be his strongest attribute), but the mechanic (and ability for the player to choose at any given time) to do the re-spec is entirely in the hands of ccp. But nice-rewording. |

Well aren't you a little cun+. Do you not see how "one time only" works in different scenarios? Also, you don't know for sure anyway, you are just speculating and i asked for an answer from someone who had a clue. Keep you dik beaters off the keyboard until you develop some common decency, a little intelligence, and an ability to communicate. |

They are offering you a 1 Time Skill Respec until the 31st of May [It's all in their Post at the start]. If you don't get it before then, you don't get it until another Opportunity comes up 1 day. [Could be Months, Could be Years]. Benefits from it would be changing your Skills around that are more suited to your Play Style now you have been playing it for abit. Downside is... well there isn't any.
I don't see how a 1 Time Respec can work in different Scenarios. Would be interested to hear. |

The idea that a once a year or a paid respec is out there on the forums. If you wish to get the ability again to do this then LOBBY CCP. They listen to their customers and have a great deal of work to do fixing and tweaking things each time they deploy an upgrade to Dust. If enough people get behind you there is a real chance that changes will be made that affect how you play and how the game works.
I remember being told in open beta that there would be no more resets of the sp pools on characters and yet they are offering us a chance to do so if you were in the closed beta and purchased a merc pack. This is a result of CCP listening to their customers and applying changes accordingly. |

Same here. Checked toon this morning & no respec. Went and checked ticket, it says timed out waiting for response. The confirmation I got said only to respond if I got it in error. Since I requested it, it was not in error, therefore I did not reply.
Just opened another ticket to inquire as to how to proceed. Will post here when answered. |

your account should have been flagged upon processing of your respec requests(myself and others all received automated responses stating that we had been flagged), at which point, the petition itself is just a direct line of contact should an error occur. but the flag setting should still apply, and the respec should still hit. and if it doesnt hit by the 31st you should be valid in requesting a second petition at that point in time inquiring why you didnt recieve the respec. |

This petition appears to be similar to another you have active about skill point respec, so we will now close this one to avoid confusion or duplication. Any replies regarding this matter will be sent to the other petition and any information that has been requested by us should be sent to that petition.
My second petition got closed with this replied even though my first one is not active... I will rage if I do not get a respec because of "Technical Difficulties" |

Update on the respec/reset status:
We are currently planning to roll this out to players that applied this week. We will announce exact date in the individual downtime announcement when it is about to happen.
