Then again I was one of those who stuck by the poor repper when the WP farmers got it nerfed into 0 earnings land so maybe I'm an outlier |

Same. To rep is a calling. I may not have the nano hive but always a repper. I also run a scanner half the time... such fun. |

I'm usually switching between my primary and my repper, I've gotten pretty good at the new equip wheel. I feel like the major issue is how twitchy the lock-on is and how uncooperative most of the people being healed are. Plenty of times I've let an assault run to his death because he thought I could keep up with him as he ran through the open field of gun fire.
Ironically, a lot of the Heavies I shadow don't even use the advantage I give them. They still hide behind cover and just go out in bursts. I'm just sitting there, imploring them to go wreck face. |

He repaired me up and vanished, just as fast as he appeared, with nary a word...
Sometimes I swear I can still see him, darting in and out of wounded masses of pubbies.. Like a guardian bee, stinging health back in to them with his love beam..

always run a repair tool. I have dropped my injector since it is junk these days and usually die while I am searching for the just right spot to stab the body. I carry advanced+ nanhives since they have dropped the supply depots down this build and they usually get blown up by desperate tank drivers looking for points.
Maybe your seeing less and less in pub matches since it is a huge SP sink and if your going to go against advanced+ users that run pub matches all the time you will need to have about 4 mil SP into logi to run advanced + gear also...otherwise your just getting killed too fast (see TAC AR) |

I always run an Repair tool and needle on my amarr logi, I never get to use the needle, and but I do get some use out of the repair tool... when i can get the wheel to work right! |

Also, I'd like to chime in with my recent experience being logi in this build:
People realized how nice armor rep mods are on their own dropsuits. There's been less heavies in this build, and most other suits have reps on them.
So much of the time, peoples armor is already repped, or at like 80/90%, and not worth putting my gun down (exposing myself to fire and reducing dps of the squad) and fidgeting with the equip wheel for a *chance* of pulling out my rep tool.
Teamwork within your own squad is most effective, with my squadmates now relying on verbally calling out when they need reps, or nanohives, or *especially* when they need a rez. Otherwise, I can focus on adding damage and gathering intel.
