...except the guy who made the claim that he would get millions back was actually lying, and openly admitted to it on the forums, and the only way to make millions would be if someone had spent millions buying them in the first place, OR if someone had stockpiled back when the BPOs were cheap without knowing there would be an option to trade them back for more AUR.

It's NOT a legitimate argument against the BPO refund, just like "because skillpoints" isn't a legitimate argument against refunding everything except Boosters in the Merc Pack.

On the off chance that CCP doesn't keep transaction records (why they wouldn't is beyond me) then limit the refund to one of each item per account.

I still have hopes for DUST to resolve its stupidity. Other than that, all I have blacklisted is Ubisoft (who I stopped buying from a couple of years ago) over the fact that their Support teams make EA Help look amazing instead of the barely-competent they actually are.

A refund for the purchased Sever/Raven BPOs alone wouldn't generate a profit anyhow, there's no economy of scale on that end.
