they said they were not going to once it was revealed that you could exploit this heavily to make a small fortune. Players on the forums were already posting how to do it and were planning on it.

This argument is invalid, you can't make such an annoucement on same day of release (may 6) and say here, we warned you. Yet it is the argument they give to tickets inquieries on the subject. (that is very shaddy scam tactic) Also they mentioned militia BPOs and not suit like SVER which is type-1. Also they say no event suit will be refund including valor, sver, and raven suits, when many people got those for 19,800 AUR. And should I mention they previously promised refunds? CCP I am sourely disapointed in your business practice, and if this is not properly address, I too will never again spend a cent on any of your games; you also lost a potential eve player.

I also bought the SEVER and RAVEN suits at a cost of 19800 AUR each to uses as my "free" ISK\SP grinding suits until i could afford to specialise. I wasn't bothered about a refund as long as i could still use them. As it stands now i would have to invest nearly 4mil SP to even be able to use them all the time stopping me from what I actually want to be doing with my SP.

So as of now unless the racial\SP requirements are dropped then they are expensive REAL MONEY suits hanging in my wardrobe that I cant use because overnight i can't fit into them

I have logged a support ticket to request either a refund or to remoive racial\sp requirements so we can use again and suggest you do the same. If enough people show their disappoinment CCP have to act on it.

After this outrageous scam conducted to prevent us getting a fair refund on the dropsuit BPOs, I can gladly say I will not be buying any more transactions at all from you.

Your lack of optimism and forward-thinking has lost you a customer.

Simple. They can reimburse BPO's that were bought after certain date.
I bought it for 19k Aur and I want those back. I wont be using that suit. I had no choice. I was obligated to go Minmatar. Now that I can chose I wont touch Minmatar tech ever again.

Hang on here, lemme esplain a lil something to youse chowderheads.

Back in the closed Beta, most militia gear BPOs were 30-60 AUR. and the BPO suits were cheaper than current prices.

So when CCP announced they were raising the prices on the open beta release, many of us bought the BPOs and some of us bought multiples.

Here's why I did it...I figured that once we were able to trade amongst ourselves I'd be able to sell my BPO copies and make some PROFIT.....you know...that thing that dirves the entire EvE universe.

This was not an exploit, this was just smart playing on our parts. It's risk vs reward.

So, we're going to make money EITHER WAY. The only question here is "how much".

The players didn't do anything that was wrong, or immoral...CCP screwed up.

It's an oldie, but it's a goody....don't hate the player, hate the game....developers.
