all tank turrets have a minimal amount of turret elevation along with almost no gun depression. We cannot shoot up or down for the most part. |

Yep! I encountered this yesterday. It's extremely bad with the railgun. I only tested this on the Caldari tanks so far.
It really gets worse when driving up a hill, or some kind of slope -- totally misaligns the gun. Zooming in-and-out sorta fixes it. I was sitting on a plateau shooting across the horizon at some targets, and my sabots were landing in the valley below, about 100 meters in front of me.

Every tank turret is borked, I don't know how CCP could release this build. No one must have tested tanks prior. |

I can also confirm this with Gallente Blaster tanks. Aiming down was not an issue for me, but aiming up more than a degree to two is quite annoying. Being rendered useless by a slight slope is somewhat discouraging. |

It's like you expected them to mount the firing platform on the turret so you could aim it. You should feel bad for such ridiculous demands! |

You are correct, all combinations of tank and turrets. I hope this gets fixed soon. |

your video doesn't show well where its hitting but you can see in some shots that the angle of hit was reset to the angle the HAV was facing and not the angle the turret was aimed at. |

So I saw that a dev responded to a few of these bugged threads but left this one alone. Do you plan on fixing this?
If it was a handhold weapon that had the same bug as the turret does currently im sure it would of been fixed by now. |

As a part of this pass I'll have a look at pitch angles to see what's going on there. This isn't something that's been altered for a while from the content authoring side so we'll have to take a deeper look. |

We cannot shoot up or down for the most part. problem exists on every turrent in the game period hybrid /missile stnd -proto all do this further more on the tabletop map when crossing under objective C heading towards objective D under the roof of charley closets to the table your gun will catch in the roof no matter which way you looking depending on speed its a coulple k damage to pass through there (EVERYTIME) |

This is something most tank drivers noticed within minutes of getting into tanks. Hopefully a fix comes quickly because tanking is kittened without a fix. |

Thank you you will notice if your not perfectly level the aim mechanics are way off and you can't shoot higher then the 7th or 8th stair from the base o.O. And its for all Large Turrets types but my small turret gunners seem to pick them off pretty easy |

I have not tanked till this build and it was one of the very first things I said WTF to when I used it for the first time. |
