But this makes no sense, you're complaining like a specific uprising change will exist within chromosome as it currently exists. The constant barrage of people complaining about so many things being nerfed only goes to support this, if everything is getting nerfed....then isn't nothing getting nerfed? Strength is measured by comparison

They havent built a new game in a month. They changed the shaders and tweaked some numbers. That's all.

Such as the poor stats on the amarr suits in comparison to the Gallente ones. Or how a plasma cannon can take out a proto tank in two shots. The numbers are there to be seen and compared.

I was hesitant to make the change from logi type I to type II because of the numbers. In reality, the suits are very different, and are useful for different things.

The numbers are there and plain to see. Saying it's not that way because you "saw a video" doesn't really give you much weight behind what you're talking about whereas others use the numbers provided by CCP to make an argument. Damage types =/= resistances.

I`m sorry but a lot of things were nerfed and a few buffed, CCP even used words like balance (by nerf or buff) in the patch notes. 2ndly plenty of things were buffed and the majority of stuff weren`t changed stat wise how on earth does the nerf everything quote make any sense here???
