The entirety of the system is drastically changing, yet people seem to ignore this fact when ranting about their proto red rocket going soft. But this makes no sense, you're complaining like a specific uprising change will exist within chromosome as it currently exists. The constant barrage of people complaining about so many things being nerfed only goes to support this, if everything is getting nerfed....then isn't nothing getting nerfed?

Strength is measured by comparison This would be fine if the actual numbers weren't there in black and white showing us what's changed and how. Not to mention the patch notes. They havent built a new game in a month. They changed the shaders and tweaked some numbers. That's all.
then show an actual statistical comparison between a suits ability to function within uprising for once |

yet none compare resistances, meta level, or factor in anything other than simple addition and subtraction of damage and health. stop treating it like its COD. I've also seen a video from uprising where a direct hit from plasma didn't get through the shields of an LAV let alone an HAV. |
