BTW I love that movie Damn, now he wants to play all of us in the EVE TV show... It'll be called Starsky and Bojo
I figured you would pull a Peter Sellers.
Oh, and "Bojo and Hutch" fits the meter better. |

I'm not familiar with Peter Sellers outside of the Mouse that Roared....sad I know.
And yes Bojo and Hutch does fit the meter, I don't see how I missed that. 2 syllables and 1 syllable
But Back on topic....
I have a question to ask; What makes you guys dislike Dust University so much? I mean if you compare and contrast them to BSOTT, there isn't a whole lot of difference other than personalities. |

It's the names and the images they provoke. Dust uni sounds stern and formal , whereas BSOTT seems more like a group of mavericks mire interested in having fun than anything else. |

Well, my comment about you wanting to play all of us in the EVE TV show was a reference to how he played almost the entire population of the Duchy of Grand Fenwick.
Talk about a bunch of clones...
Oh, and watch Dr. Strangelove he pulls the same stunt, only more so. |

Because most people are short-sighted. DUST is F2P. And many console gamers are impatient. Without enough players, DUST will fail due to too little income (because many won't pay). And a lot of console gamers are already going to dislike DUST (because it's different) no matter if the schools were super-amazing. |

You have to let Bojo run you over first.
Nah, I think we've just been busy. I know I've barely been able to play at all, and I've spent half of that time in chat. |

It's funny seeing all these people saying how bad DUNI and bojo's school are bad, yet I don't seem them out there creating their own academy. Yes a lot of corps have training corps, but when you come into Dust as a new player, you usually don't know that. All you know is that your under powered, under-equipped and constantly getting ROFL stomped. However, if said player attends one of the two schools they will at least have a chance to learn team work and how to perform on the battlefield. It might not be ReGnUM's teaching, but it provides newberries with a chance to grow and a chance to make an impact on the battlefield.
But we do need more mercs like ReGnUM, I have to hand it to him as he is putting himself out there to train players to reach their highest potential. What would be awesome is if we could have a group of these elite players taking on mercs and training them, just like some of the writer's workshops that have the best authors in the world teaching classes and critiquing the student's work.

Regnum & any others would have to "advertise" somewhere that a rookie would be likely to see it. |

Osiris. To be honest, I had no idea that DUNI existed when I first created BSOTT..... |

Which turned out to be a good thing as you were able to create your school without having to base it on DUNI or worry about stepping on their toes. I think it's great what your doing!! Keep up the good work and hopefully we will see an influx of new players after may 6th.
Are you going to advertise?
