Sorry your wrong. As stated earlier you will get the current replacement cost for any item removed BPO or not. Again, Sorry.
So you think they're going to pay you and let you keep the item? Hahahahaha no. |

Are you completely mentally deficient or just in the area of reading comprehension?
If an Item is removed from your inventory, you will be paid the current rate of what it used to cost.
So, if it would cost you 11k AUR to buy...say a Militia PG upgrade, and you have 5 copies of that, and that is something that CCP takes away from the game or makes changes to which means they have to take it out of inventory, then you will receive 55K Aurum in exchange for it.
Why is this so hard for you to grasp?
The amount of players that bought the BPOs at the previous price of 30-60 AUR is relatively small. We're all closed beta players. So we luck out, for once. Big whoop. Most of us will just spend it on boosters anyways because that's the only thing that really matters in this game unless you do CB's all the time and don't have the SP for Proto Gear.
Now, no where does J say that you get to keep anything.
Fact is we don't know what will and what won't be taken from our inventories...it could be one item, they may change out 50 items...we don't know (well, I don't anyways).
All the suits we have now...those are about to become "racial variants". It's possible that ALL the suits get taken back and we get refunded our ISK in exchange.

Ok.
None of what you said addressed my point so I'll break it down for you and use small words. If CCP removes militia BPO's then that dev blog could be taken to mean I will be receiving around 900,000 free AUR, which is about $300 US. But since that is completely stupid they will not be removing militia BPO's. Also since militia BPO's are not affected by skills then even seriously thinking you're going to "luck out" like that is also completely stupid.
Now go lie down and rest, I know that was a lot to take in at once. And don't call me Junior, Sport. |

So a few assumptions that need emphasising:
1. They will refund everything - this has been explicitly denied by the devs. They've said they will only remove/refund your gear when it's something that will be significantly affected by the new skill system changes. It's possible that some of the BPOs will be refunded - things like ARs (because Scrambler) and maybe the suits that have skill requirements or new variants.
2. The current market prices NOW will be the same as the market prices in the new build. There's nothing anywhere that indicates this, and some hints have suggested that a lot of AUR prices will be dropping from current levels.
3. AUR is actually valid for anything outside of New Eden, and can be in any way converted to real money. While it's arguably possible to get real money for your AUR, there isn't any legal way to do so, and attempting to do so would be painfully easy to track down and both CCP and Sony would have solid grounds for court cases againts you because of it. |

I got a huge stockpile of AUR Blueprint Originals of all the militia gear back when prices were dirt cheap. If I get refunded at the higher prices, I will get a huge boost of AUR.
Also I did some calculation on my salvage. Just for the 35 units of the Prometheus dropships that I have, I might get refunded 16 million ISK for that alone. This is not including the rest of the salvage. |
