You have to invest in so many various skills to get all the modules and weapons required to make even a decent vehicle fitting. Tanks and dropships themselves are the most expensive items on the market!!!! Pilots don't even get much isk in one match, yet provide superb transport and coverfire. Tanks are OB hotspots and all us tankers continuously endure through the never ending hate of many, many infantry players, whether it's "tanks are too powerful" "tanks are f-ing b******" or -á"You're all cowards" "Tanks are cheap they need nerfs (whine whine whine...)" While pilots have their own haters for reasons that make completely no sense... Railgunners are bashed for doing precisely what they are supposed to do; stay far away and destroy all enemy vehicles in sight, while alerting your team of such dangers. Thats called being a smart team player not a cheap coward. I respect and honor all of you for all of you're dedicated hardwork and endurance through this kind of environment. New vehiclists just hang in there!!! Vehicles are totally worth the investment... they're so fun!!!! Lol. General Grodd, out

I don't see how this is cocky. I really do feel respect for them.
Sobriety Denied FIREFLY ATLANTIS ENTERPRISES UNLIMITED TACNET 518	Posted - 2013.03.28 18:42:00 - [6] - Quote yea i got hated on by a bandwagon of LOLmagplayers a couple builds back because "all he does is fly" about 90k more points til i have enough SP again for a grimness now that i'm satisfied with my assault-B suit i feel very rewarded when my gunners get kills especially vs mountain snipers.. it's so rewarding that i dont even care about the points. and we sorta got our AB back.. a good vehicle keeps a good squad coming back for more. the dropship seems appreciated and ensures me more good squads.

And the only people who hate dropships these days are CCP. EDIT: I was chatting with a corp mate who recently specc'd into dropships and we were both complaining about how little we get for using them but he saif one thing that I think any dedicated pilot knows and agrees with, "I just love flying", made me smile. and there's far too few vehicle appreciation threads in this forum.
