Yeah. Frigates fill all roles now as far as they can. I was reading the other day about some new starter hulls but it was very close to April fools day and I just now thought about it. |

Because a player working out a good av is impossible apprently. U spank enough people in tanks its only a matter of time before people start paying for the hardware to kill them. A proto swarm with enough damage mods on it and skills can dish out scary damage |

Then you need to tone down the av. Right now one person with proto av can 1v1 a tank. How do you guys expect tanks to survive in a 16vs16 when it only takes one person to destroy a tank and everyones skilling into av. Blasters are now useless because they have to be in close to the av and because of it they get insta popped. |

Why even nerf the after burners? Drop ships now have no defense against, we'll.... anything now. Basically with Dropships you have to get within 50m to actually kill anyone. Closer to actually be effective 30m about. sit still because on the move the blasters become inaccurate. Then once swarms income and forge starts hitting you it takes 20+ seconds to gain up enough speed even with afterburner to outrun swarms. Alot of it deals with the poor mechanics they Have now. They need precursor mechanics for the dropships. they have beat dropships down to nothing. |

for you range issue use stablized blaster or missiles/rail. dropships are like transport helicopters. the door gunners are not to ment to rack up tons of kills they are ment to protect the landing area from small arms fire till the dropship is clear and leaving the area.
the after burner change while no one was complaining about it. does change the silly super burst like an balloon letting off air effect into a more realist effect on increasing speed is for the better and does still let dropship out run swarm launchers.
so if ccp didn't stealth buff AV did you stealth nerf vehicles to be weaker to AV nades and AV weapons i guess the question HAV driver would also like to know. i myself seen a rather large influx of poor or new HAVs which make easy pickings. I left my charbdis (475k isk)behind as the raise of AV makes it near impossible to keep it alive while my soma(450k isk) is a cake walk most of the time to keep alive. |
