Sunshine? What is that?

I never seen people get so defensive about their mad skrills with a controller. And the worst part? "its only the beta". It's great this game is lacking the 12 year old community COD fosters whose only come back to someone questioning their skill is your mom jokes and mentionings of putting mouth to phallus. Im all for a good bowl of orville, but it makes me question some people prioritys when they're writing essays explaing how X corp is better than Y corp which could rival a dissertation. Put the controller down guys. It's spring, there is sunshine out there.

The SP system and equipment really feed into that Ego, especially since matchmaking currently doesn't do a very good job at all of splitting people up. So you have a few players with halfway descent FPS skills pulling ahead of others, which only amplifies the skill difference, making them appear better than they actually are.

I'm very much looking forward to Planetary Conquest and an actual somewhat functioning matchmaking system, one can only hope

I've said it before and I'll say it again... I went outside once. The graphics were amazing, but the storyline and gameplay were awful.

Sounds about right. DUST is enough of an RPG that with a bit of intelligence, fitting logic and skill planning, you can use the numbers to make up for average play. Count me as one of 'em. (Nothing makes up for crap aim, though.)
